Our Mission
The Long Beach Council for the Arts, also known as LBNY-Arts, is a City agency who’s mission is to encourage artistic awareness and to enhance the cultural environment of the City of Long Beach through the promotion of art in all its forms.
Who We Are
The Long Beach Arts Council is an 11-member volunteer City board comprised of residents of various backgrounds. Board members attend monthly board meetings and volunteer their time and resources to support the arts in Long Beach through various programs and events.
